I am involved with a group of family who are co-creating a villiage of light on the Sea of Cortez in South Eastern Baja near La Paz. We have 4000 acres of family land. We have a spot picked out on our land of nearly 400 acres to begin our Childrens Villiage of Light. We are inviting serious beings of light who have been seeking a peice of earth to make home, who can move dirt, plant gardens, desire to build their own space of love within the villiage. Who are happy to have their very own hectar of desert beach and mountain land to sovereignly design and plant to their hearts content into lush paradise!

Each person, family or group of friends who desire to live together will be alloted 1 hectar of land for lifetime use with ineritance usage rights for their children. The domains will each have a perimeter living fence of transplanted desert life, additional planted palms and other appropriate trees. Each hectar will have a  5 ft deep by 27ft diameter water catchment pond for your gardening splashing joy! This is an “Anastasia / Vaastu” type villiage with flexibility, room for imput, and individual creativity as each individual will be alloted their own sovereign space to create their own domain in the villiage. We desire to use non toxic and earth friendly building materials some of which we grow and harvest in any construction.

The land is rich, fertile and offers a great deal of outdoor activity. There are wild horses and wild cows on the land who can be  friended.. The sea is placid and lovely for children especially in the late afternoon (wintertime). During low tide the water level recedes to leave lovely little knee high pools for a great distance. During high tide early in the day the wind is up, excellent for wind and kite surfing. The nights are calm and peaceful, echoing with chirping crickets and lapping little waves. You can sleep right on the beach without  the windyness I'm accustomed to in other beach areas of the world.

We are planning for an innovated type of gardening freedom based orphinage on the land. We love children and want to see the homeless younguns have a place in paradise to learn and grow with nature. We want to seed principles in the children of the world, teaching them that mother earth is their true mother and leading them to be her gardeners and caretakers.

We are super exstatic! We want you, you concious, earth avenging, co-creative light beings, We want you, your heart, your passion and your desire to come create, live and play in a spiritually focused, ecovilliage land of love and plant the new garden of eden with us!

I'm in Oregon for the summer. I won't be doing anything personaly in Baja till this winter. Friends who are ready by then are invited to join us there, spend the season camping on the land and dreaming, laying out personal lots, and common areas. I have this page to invite other loving beings, with vision to live by the sea in a desert garden and create sustainable paradise with us to come. I will not be doing more than gathering the players till fall. We have land. You plan and prepare your group to come with you then and join us on the land, bring food, shade structure, all camping gear for living out, personal belongings, supplies to support you as you design your plot of land and plant your garden of eden. My girlfriend who owns the land is there now. Anyone truely interested in seeing the land with a vision to create garden of eden villiage can go there meet  with her to see the land and get an idea if it's in their heart to build a homestead there. If you have resources to buy materials to build your own palapa or natural home structure, or skills to create from what is there, buy or cultivate fruit trees, tools, earth movers, and friends with the similar vision who are going to come be your neighborst then you have an advantage to get your dream life happening..
